Samsung stole the US market in 2012
Strategy Analytics has released a report to show the state of the global smartphone OS market, which as expected shows Apple topped the US phone market for Q4 2012 after the release of the iPhone 5. However Samsung shipped a 31.8% share of all smartphones across all of 2012, so last year it was much further ahead in the game than Apple (26.2%) and LG (12.3%).
