Yesterday (17th June) Google posted the following on Google+: “Coffee is better with music. Head to +Starbucks Coffee, where you can stream millions of songs, radio, playlists and more on Music #AllAccess: US- Web:goo.gl/hMzOn, Mobile: goo.gl/fxgHF #MusicMonday.”
This means Google has now teamed with Starbucks to offer free WiFi and the ability for customers to stream unlimited songs, radio and more at Starbucks locations from Google’s latest feature in Google Play Music All Access (unfortunately still limited to the US only).
Whilst Apple already offers free iTunes content through Starbucks locations, there will also be an iOS version of the app coming soon.
