Perfecto Mobile helps enterprise-level clients test their mobile app on every major device, thus cutting the testing process from weeks to days or even hours.
More than 2,000 enterprises have signed up for Perfecto’s app testing and monitoring services. With a large variety of customers ranging from major banks and insurance companies to retailers and Tech giants. This has helped to boost Perfecto’s revenues by more than 100 percent for four consecutive years, with an annual turnover of more than $30 million.
Enterprises can tap into Perfecto’s cloud testing platform through a variety of testing and development environments, which offer customers additional functionality (coupled with the opportunity for bundled sales). Perfecto is already integrated with HP’s mobile testing solution, as well as the open source Eclipse dev toolset and Selenium testing software.
The new $20 million investment will help to embed Perfecto, providing developers with access to the service from inside their preferred development environments. This investment will also help to position Perfecto in Asia, Australia, and Latin America territories. By improving their geographical diversity customers will be able to test their apps on various regional cellular networks.
It will be interesting to see whether this investment pays off and if Perfecto Mobile continue to reap the rewards.
